Is Wrestling Right For Me?
Most children have naturally experienced playful wrestling with siblings or friends. Wrestling simply develops those natural movements into a structured Olympic sport under qualified coaching.
You don’t need previous experience, exceptional strength or a particular body type to begin. Wrestling is suitable for boys and girls of all backgrounds and abilities.
Our coaches adapt training to each student’s age and skill level, helping every child build confidence, improve fitness and enjoy learning in a positive environment.
We encourage every new student to attend our complimentary trial classes before enrolling
What is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo is an Olympic martial art renowned for its dynamic kicking techniques, speed, precision and discipline. It combines physical training with mental focus, teaching students respect, self-control and perseverance.
At Leon Combat Academy, students learn through a structured curriculum that develops flexibility, coordination, confidence and self-defence skills while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Whether training for personal growth or international competition, Taekwondo provides a lifelong pathway of learning and achievement.
Is Taekwondo Right For Me?
No previous martial arts experience is required to begin Taekwondo.
Students of all ages, abilities and fitness levels are welcome. Success in Taekwondo is built through regular practice, determination and the guidance of experienced instructors—not natural talent alone.
Every student progresses at their own pace while developing confidence, discipline, physical fitness and respect for others in a supportive training environment.
We invite all new students to experience two complimentary trial classes before deciding to join Leon Combat Academy.
Beyond Sport
Training is about more than learning techniques. Through movement, age-appropriate nutrition guidance, focus and mindfulness practices, children develop confidence, discipline, resilience and healthy habits. Regular physical activity can support attention, emotional well-being and readiness to learn, helping every child grow both on and off the mat.
